ACCOUNT
All deletion requests must be submitted through the “Write Us” section in the RUUT app.
Below you will find the procedures for closing your RUUT account or profile, depending on your account type and role. All deletion and closure requests must be submitted through the "Write Us" section within the RUUT app.
Option 1: Leave RUUT and close your profile
Once this process is completed, you will not be able to log back into RUUT with the same user information. Any associated virtual and physical cards (if available) will also be deactivated and cancelled.
Option 2: Keep your RUUT profile and close only the bank account
This will allow you to remain in the RUUT World and you will be able to easily re-open your RUUT bank account at any time. When you close your RUUT bank account, any associated virtual and physical cards (if available) will be deactivated and cancelled. You will not be able to reactivate these cards.
Option 1: Leave RUUT and close your profile
Once this process is completed, you will not be able to log back into RUUT with the same user information. This action will end your Admin role on the business account, but you will not have the authority to close the company's main account. Any associated virtual and physical cards (if available) will be deactivated and cancelled. The Admin role does not provide authority to close the main company account. However, you can easily close the 2nd and/or 3rd company bank accounts through the "Accounts" section in the app.
Option 2: Keep your RUUT profile and close only the personal bank account
This will allow you to remain in the RUUT World and you can easily re-open a RUUT personal bank account at any time, maintaining your Admin role and privileges on the company account.
Option 1: Leave RUUT and close your profile
Once this process is completed, you cannot access RUUT again with the same user details. Your personal and any business virtual and physical cards (if available) will be deactivated and cancelled, and you cannot reactivate them.
Option 2: Close your RUUT profile but keep the company accounts active
Our support team will complete all necessary checks before proceeding to close your RUUT profile. Once this process has been completed, you will not be able to access RUUT again with the same user details. Your POS membership and any virtual and physical cards (if available) will be deactivated and cancelled. The newly appointed Super Admin will continue to keep the company accounts active.
Option 3: Close the RUUT Business main bank account
Our support team will complete all necessary checks before proceeding to close your RUUT account. If you only want to close 2nd and/or 3rd company bank accounts, you can easily do this from the "Accounts" section in the application.
Option 4: Close only the personal bank account
Our support team will carry out all the necessary checks and then close your account, but your RUUT profile will remain active. This will allow you to remain in the RUUT World and you will be able to easily re-open your RUUT bank account at any time. In this case, your Super Admin role and privileges on the company account will be maintained.
